Short or medium grain rice cooked (2 uncooked Asian cups)
Furikake
Nori
Sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp mirin
Cook the rice
Mix the sauce
Slice the spam into 8 slices, cook on medium heat until crispy on both sides, then glaze with sauce, place on dish
Cut nori to size
Mold rice sprinkle with Furikake place on nori and spam and wrap and eat
